Begin with us as a Foreign Exchange Sales Development Representative (FxSDR) and be rewarded with promotions and earnings when you achieve certain milestones required to guide you ultimately to the position of a Managing Director (Our Managing Directors are targeted to earn well above $200K per year in their third year.)

Don’t worry if you don’t have financial or business experience. Through our in-depth, 12 month training which begins at our DC office, high potential recruits will learn the FX market, international business and finance from the bottom up.  

Once you have successfully completed your training and demonstrated your proficiency, you will have the opportunity to apply your new skills in one of our exciting locations; DC, Los Angeles or New York. Foreign Exchange Development Representative (FxSDR)

As a FxSDR, your responsibilities will include:  

  • Researching targeted industries, including non-profit institutions and identifying new business opportunities for your Managing Director
  •  Proactively establishing contacts using cold calling. e-mailing methods and networking
  • Establishing rapport with qualified prospects, identifying key decision makers, and scheduling meetings and conference calls when appropriate.
  • Under the direction of your Managing Director you will: 
  • be involved in the sales cycle process to ensure maximum productivity and completion of sales/pipeline development, and competitor information
  • analyze clients’ business objectives, identify their FX risks and international payment needs
  • meet and exceed “contributed” sales revenue targets
  • prepare for promotion to next level of sales director


  • Four-year degree, preferably but not required
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
  • High degree of professionalism, with a confident, assertive style
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong desire to succeed; self-motivated; self-starter
  • Must be coachable and willing to try different techniques
  • Ability to maintain positive demeanor in spite of rejections
