Begin with us as a Foreign Exchange Sales Development Representative (FxSDR) and be rewarded with promotions and earnings when you achieve certain milestones required to guide you ultimately to the position of a Managing Director (Our Managing Directors are targeted to earn well above $200K per year in their third year.)
Don’t worry if you don’t have financial or business experience. Through our in-depth, 12 month training which begins at our DC office, high potential recruits will learn the FX market, international business and finance from the bottom up.
Once you have successfully completed your training and demonstrated your proficiency, you will have the opportunity to apply your new skills in one of our exciting locations; DC, Los Angeles or New York.
